Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle invoices and payments, and support financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.




- Monitor expenses and maintain proper expense records.
- Assist auditors and provide required accounting documents and information.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as CAMAX.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and taxation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,597.69 - ₹32,000.00 per month
