Role: Program Manager

· 6+ years of experience in change management and program management, leading complex enterprise-scale transitions where readiness, adoption, and sustained behavior change are critical.

· Experience owning or co-owning end-to-end change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication and enablement planning, readiness assets, champion models, reinforcement, and adoption measurement.

· Solid program management capability to create clarity, alignment, governance, risk visibility, and execution discipline across ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.

· Ability to analyze complex adoption data, feedback, readiness signals, and risks, and translate them into clear recommendations, presentations,



and decision-ready communication for senior leadership.

- Fluency with agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot-based tools to generate insights, personalize communications, accelerate content creation, and automate readiness and reinforcement activities.
- Experience partnering with HR, product, communications, business, and technology stakeholders and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Working knowledge of structured change management frameworks. PROSCI certification is preferred; PMP certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
