Job Description

Golden Future IT Tech Academy is looking for a skilled and experienced Creative & Web Design Trainer who can train students from basic to advanced level in Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Web Designing & Development, and UI/UX Designing.

The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies and be able to explain concepts clearly through hands-on training and assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions from beginner to advanced level.

- Prepare course content, assignments, exercises, and practical tasks.

- Guide students in creating skilled designs, websites, videos, and UI/UX projects.

- Help students build strong portfolios and industry-ready skills.

- Provide feedback and evaluate students' practical work and progress.

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, AI tools, and industry practices.

- AI-assisted workflows in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other creative software.

- AI tools for video generation, editing, voice generation, animation and motion graphics.

- AI-powered UI/UX design, wireframing and prototyping tools.

- AI-assisted website design and front-end development.

- Generative AI tools for content creation,



social media creatives and marketing materials.

- Basic Prompt Engineering for creative, design and development workflows.

- Knowledge of the latest AI tools, features, plugins and automation workflows.

- Ability to teach students how to use AI tools effectively and responsibly to improve creativity and productivity.

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to teach technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

- Industry experience in design, development, or digital media will be an advantage.

- Experience in training students or working as a professional designer/developer is preferred.

- Ability to handle students from different skill levels.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating practical work.

- Hands-on knowledge of the latest AI tools and AI-assisted creative workflows will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree or relevant professional certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Relevant industry experience and strong practical skills will be given preference.
