- Handle daily cash, card, UPI and other payment transactions.
- Prepare and issue receipts, invoices and payment acknowledgements.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure accurate accounting of all transactions.
- Maintain daily cash book and transaction records.
- Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of each working day.
- Reconcile cash, card and digital payments with system records.
- Deposit collections into the designated bank account as per company procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation for all cash and payment transactions.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Service and Spare Parts departments.
- Follow up on pending customer payments wherever required.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Report any cash shortages, excesses or discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company cash-handling and financial procedures.
- Prepare daily collection and cash reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
