**Role Overview**

The Senior Consultant – SysTrack Administrator will support Deloitte client engagements focused on digital employee experience, endpoint performance, and modern workplace operations. The role combines SysTrack platform administration with analytics, automation, and stakeholder advisory to improve employee productivity, reduce service disruptions, and drive measurable operational outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Administer and optimize the SysTrack platform across dashboards, analytics, investigations, alerts, and platform health.

* Develop advanced reports, metrics, and root-cause analyses to identify endpoint trends and employee experience issues.

* Support remediation workflows and automation initiatives that improve self-service and reduce recurring incidents.

* Support integrations with ITSM, CMDB, identity, endpoint management, and virtual agent tools.

* Translate telemetry and technical findings into clear business insights for technology leaders and service owners.

* Partner with client stakeholders to define priorities, operating standards, governance, and continuous improvement opportunities.

* Facilitate workshops,



training, and knowledge transfer for technical teams and support organizations.

* Maintain documentation, quality controls, and reporting to support reliable platform operations and adoption.

**Required Skills**

* 6–12 years of experience in endpoint management, digital workplace, IT operations, service management, or related technology roles.

* Hands-on experience administering SysTrack or a similar digital employee experience platform.

* Strong experience with SysTrack dashboards, analytics, investigations, endpoint telemetry, and experience metrics.

* Working knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting for endpoint support and automation.

* Experience supporting ITSM and/or CMDB integrations.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively across technical and business audiences and influence outcomes.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* SysTrack certification or equivalent platform credential.

* Experience with SysTrack automation, remote remediation, or self-service use cases.

* Experience with ServiceNow, Intune, MECM, Azure AD/Entra ID, or related enterprise tools.

* Familiarity with APIs, JSON, workflow automation, and integration monitoring.

* Experience supporting digital workplace transformation or employee experience programs.
