Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and manage dashboards using Google Sheets.
- Use advanced Google Sheets functions such as QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and Pivot Tables.
- Automate reporting and data-entry processes using Google Apps Script / JavaScript.
- Create custom scripts, triggers, and automated workflows in Google Workspace.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to management.
- Maintain databases, trackers, and operational reports.
- Work with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Optimize existing reports and automation to reduce manual work.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, formulas,



and scripts.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of JavaScript, especially for Google Apps Script.
- Experience with Google Apps Script is preferred.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data validation, data cleaning, and report automation.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
