Job Description

We are looking for a target-driven Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business development and field sales for our healthcare technology solutions across Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, closing sales, and developing strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through daily field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Visit hospitals and meet owners, administrators, doctors, IT heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, explain software benefits, handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to closure and payment coordination.
- Develop and execute a structured territory sales plan for Mumbai and identify high-potential hospital accounts.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Implementation, and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding and resolution of client concerns.




- Track competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements and report insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, calls, leads, demos, follow-ups, closures, and sales activities and submit regular reports.
- Follow company-approved pricing, documentation, sales SOPs, and reporting procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Field Sales, Business Development, Healthcare IT, SaaS, Medical/Healthcare Sales, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Experience dealing with hospitals, doctors, administrators, or healthcare decision-makers will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Must be target-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and comfortable with daily field travel across Mumbai.
- Candidates currently residing in Mumbai will be preferred.
