- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Chemical Engineering/Food Technology preferred and MBA

- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Robust understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and data analysis.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Communicate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct market research to understand customer expectations, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

- Propose and implement process redesign to streamline operations.

- Analyze customer data, product performance, and business trends to provide actionable insights.

- Communicate project updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders.

- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and address specific business questions.

- Attend Business meetings, Exhibitions at domestic and international locations.
