Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding their queries or requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
