The Group's businesses and product portfolio include:

- Industrial & Decorative Flooring

- Precast Homes & Modular Construction Solutions

- Facades & Architectural Products

- Other emerging building and construction product businesses

Spartek Group is entering an important phase of business expansion,

professionalization and organizational transformation.

The Group is looking to strengthen its senior leadership team with an

experienced business leader who can help transition individual business

verticals from promoter-driven operations into professionally managed,

scalable and performance-oriented businesses.

1About the Role

Spartek Group is looking for a highly experienced Executive Director / Senior

Business Leader who can take end-to-end ownership of business verticals and

work closely with the Group's leadership to drive growth, profitability,

operational excellence and organizational development.

This is not a conventional advisory, consulting or sales position.

The role is designed for an experienced business leader who has previously run

businesses, owned P&Ls;, managed multiple functions and been responsible

for overall business performance.

The individual will be expected to operate as a General Manager / Business

Head at the highest level, bringing together sales, marketing, manufacturing,

operations, projects, procurement, supply chain, finance, people and strategy

toward a common business objective.

Depending on experience and performance, the individual may initially take

responsibility for selected business verticals and progressively assume broader

Group-level business responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End P&L; Ownership

- Take complete ownership of assigned business verticals and their overall

performance.

- Own revenue, EBITDA/PBT, margins, working capital and cash

generation.

- Develop annual business plans, budgets and growth strategies.

- Translate Group objectives into clear business targets and execution

plans.

- Drive profitable revenue growth rather than revenue growth alone.

- Review business performance regularly and take corrective action.

- Identify underperforming businesses, products, customers and markets

and implement improvement or turnaround strategies.

- Ensure business growth is supported by the required operational,

financial and organizational capabilities.

22. Overall General Management

The Executive Director will be responsible for connecting the entire business

value chain:

Sales → Marketing → Manufacturing → Projects → Procurement → Supply

Chain → Finance → HR → Customer Service → Collections → Business

Development

The individual must be capable of looking at the business as a whole rather

than operating within a single functional area.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establishing business priorities.

- Allocating resources effectively.

- Resolving cross-functional bottlenecks.

- Ensuring alignment between sales and operations.

- Improving decision-making and execution speed.

- Creating clear ownership and accountability.

- Ensuring that all functions contribute toward revenue, profitability and

cash-flow objectives.

3. Business Vertical Transition & Professionalization

A key objective of the role will be to help Spartek transition from a largely

promoter-driven operating structure toward professionally managed and

scalable businesses.

The Executive Director will:

- Take operational ownership of existing business verticals.

- Establish clear accountability for business performance.

- Reduce unnecessary dependence on promoter-level involvement in day-

to-day operations.

- Build capable second-line leadership.

- Establish structured MIS and management review systems.

- Introduce clear KPIs and performance accountability.

- Strengthen organizational structures and reporting systems.

- Develop standardized business processes.

3• Establish regular reviews covering sales, operations, finance, projects

and collections.

- Build business verticals that can operate independently and scale

sustainably.

4. Revenue & Business Development

- Develop and execute strategies to significantly increase revenue across

assigned businesses.

- Expand institutional, industrial, infrastructure, architectural and

distribution channels.

- Identify new markets, geographies, customer segments and

applications.

- Build relationships with large customers, developers,

contractors,

architects, institutions and channel partners.

- Develop strategic partnerships and business alliances.

- Strengthen sales teams, distribution networks and channel strategy.

- Improve customer acquisition and retention.

- Build a predictable sales pipeline and strong order book.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and leveraging Spartek's multiple

product categories.

5. Profitability & Commercial Performance

The role will have a strong focus on profitable growth and value creation.

Responsibilities include:

- Improving gross margins and contribution margins.

- Reviewing product-wise, customer-wise and business-wise profitability.

- Improving pricing and commercial terms.

- Controlling operating expenses.

- Reducing wastage, leakage and avoidable costs.

- Improving manufacturing and project productivity.

- Strengthening collections and receivables.

- Improving working-capital cycles.

- Identifying higher-margin products, customers and markets.

- Driving sustained EBITDA and PBT improvement.

46. Operations, Manufacturing & Supply Chain

- Work closely with manufacturing and operations teams to improve

productivity and capacity utilization.

- Align production and operational capacity with market demand.

- Improve procurement and vendor management.

- Strengthen inventory and supply-chain planning.

- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

- Improve quality and delivery performance.

- Improve customer satisfaction and service levels.

- Evaluate capex requirements and assess commercial returns.

- Ensure operational investments are aligned with business growth and

profitability.

7. Leadership & Organization Building

- Build and mentor strong business leadership teams.

- Identify gaps in senior and middle management.

- Recruit key leadership talent where required.

- Establish clear roles, responsibilities and reporting structures.

- Develop second-line leaders capable of independently managing

functions and business units.

- Create a culture of ownership, accountability and performance.

- Mentor existing managers and prepare them for larger responsibilities.

- Establish succession plans for critical leadership positions.

8. Strategic Growth & New Business Development

Work closely with Group leadership to evaluate and develop:

- New products and product categories

- New manufacturing capabilities

- New geographical markets

- Strategic partnerships and joint ventures

- Acquisitions and strategic investments

- Distribution-led expansion

- Export opportunities

- Technology and process improvements

5• New applications for existing products

- Emerging opportunities in construction and infrastructure

The Executive Director will be expected to evaluate opportunities based on

their commercial viability, scalability, profitability and strategic fit with

Spartek Group.

9. MIS, Governance & Business Performance Management

Establish a professional management framework providing leadership with

clear visibility into business performance.

This should include:

- Monthly P&L; reviews

- Revenue and profitability tracking

- Product-wise performance

- Customer-wise performance

- Sales pipeline and order book

- Working capital and collections

- Production and capacity utilization

- Project performance

- Inventory and procurement

- Cash-flow requirements

- Budget vs. actual performance

- KPI-based performance management

The objective is to ensure that every major business vertical operates

with clear targets, measurable performance and management accountability.
