Key Responsibilities

- Carry out polishing and buffing of marble, granite, wooden, tiled, and other suitable surfaces.
- Operate floor polishing, scrubbing, buffing, and related machines safely and efficiently.
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of floors as per the cleaning schedule.
- Identify stains, scratches, damaged surfaces, and areas requiring special treatment and report them to the supervisor.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals, polishing agents, and equipment as per manufacturer instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, common areas, staircases, and other assigned locations.
- Ensure polished surfaces are free from dust, stains, marks, and excess polish.
- Handle machines and tools carefully and report any malfunction or damage immediately.
- Maintain proper storage and cleanliness of all polishing equipment and materials.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
- Use PPE such as gloves, safety shoes, masks, and other protective equipment wherever required.




- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for daily work requirements.
- Maintain daily work records and report completed tasks to the supervisor.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor / HOD.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in floor polishing or housekeeping maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor polishing and buffing machines.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and polishing materials.
- Ability to identify different floor/surface types and use suitable treatment methods.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and working for extended periods.
- Valuable discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, residential property, farmhouse, commercial property, or facility management environment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
