Key Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos WFR / UKG Workforce Ready
- Strong knowledge of Workforce Management and HR processes
- Expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Leave Management, Pay Rules, and Employee Profiles
- Experience with Kronos/UKG configuration, implementation, and optimization
- Knowledge of integrations, interfaces, APIs, data imports/exports, and reporting
- Experience working with Payroll and HR systems
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
