About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Coordinator (Executive Assistant to CEO) to work directly with our Founder & CEO, Mrs. Kasthuri Ruskin.

Key Responsibilities

- Support CEO in daily operations and coordination
- Handle enquiries, leads, admissions and follow-ups
- Communicate with parents through calls, WhatsApp and email
- Maintain CRM, Google Sheets and reports
- Coordinate with trainers and branch teams
- Support school visits, events and marketing activities
- Travel between Pollachi & Palladam as required

Eligibility

- Women Candidates Only
- Age: 20–28 Years
- Any Degree
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Tamil & English – Speak, Read & Write
- Basic MS Office, Google Sheets and computer knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn





Work Schedule

Tuesday–Sunday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Monday – Weekly Off
