Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Powder Coating Operator to handle the surface finishing of metal components through the powder coating process. The candidate will be responsible for pre-treatment, coating application, curing, and quality checking of finished parts, ensuring output meets company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform surface preparation of components (degreasing, cleaning, phosphating/pretreatment) before coating.
- Load and hang components properly on the conveyor/hangers for coating.
- Operate powder coating spray guns/booth equipment to apply powder evenly on components.
- Set and monitor curing oven temperature and time as per process requirements.
- Inspect coated products for defects such as uneven coating, bubbles, orange peel, or color mismatch.
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of spray guns, booth, and related equipment.
- Maintain proper stock of powder coating material and report shortages.




- Follow safety procedures while handling chemicals, powder, and operating machinery.
- Maintain daily production and quality records.
- Coordinate with supervisors for production targets and quality improvement.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of powder coating process and equipment.
- Ability to identify coating defects and rework if needed.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle components.
- Basic reading/writing skills to maintain production logs.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in powder coating, spray painting, or a similar finishing process (freshers with ITI background may also apply).

Qualification

- Minimum 10th Standard Pass (SSLC).
- ITI in Painter/Fabrication trade will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements

- Age: 18–35 years (adjust as per company policy)
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shift schedules
- Basic safety awareness (use of PPE like gloves, mask, goggles)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
