Job Summary

AEM EDS Admin + Frontend Developer ### Role Summary Hands-on developer responsible for building and maintaining EDS blocks, front-end styling, and day-to-day platform administration. ### Key Responsibilities - Build and style EDS blocks (JS/CSS) based on Genmab's design system, adapting patterns from the Hub Block Library- Implement site-specific configuration ('fstab.yaml', site config) for each regional/site repo- Perform day-to-day administration of EDS sites — Fastly service configuration, domain/cert mapping, cache purging- Review and merge hub-originated pull requests into spoke repos, coordinating timing with the wave/rollout schedule- Support content authors with document-based authoring/Universal Editor configuration questions- Execute front-end QA — cross-browser testing, responsive layout verification, accessibility checks- Assist with content and asset migration validation during each site's Go-Live wave- Support Hypercare — troubleshoot front-end/rendering issues, minor block adjustments, and configuration fixes post-launch ### Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years front-end development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML), with exposure to AEM EDS or similar Git-based/static-site frameworks- Experience with GitHub repo management — branches, pull requests, basic CI/CD familiarity- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) basics,



and cross-browser testing- Familiarity with CDN concepts (caching, cache purging) — Fastly experience a plus- Basic understanding of SEO/metadata best practices- Comfortable working directly with content authors and business stakeholders on day-to-day platform questions ### Nice-to-Have - Experience with document-based authoring tools (SharePoint/Google Docs-based CMS workflows)- Prior experience supporting multi-site/multi-region platforms- Familiarity with Salesforce, OneTrust, or GA4/GTM from a front-end integration perspective (tag firing, consent banners)
