Business Development Team Leader – Job Description Role: Business Development & Team Management Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business growth strategies. - Handle, guide, and manage a team. - Coordinate daily team activities and track performance. - Conduct online and offline business promotion. - Recruit and train new team members. - Maintain communication with clients and team members. - Achieve assigned business and team targets. - Prepare basic reports and provide regular updates to management.
