I would like to inform you that currently we are hiring candidates for the position of Tender Executive / Tender Specialist (GeM & E-Procurement) for our Organization. Our organization is dealing with a toy manufacturer.

Job Title – Tender Executive / Tender Specialist (GeM & E-Procurement)

Working days and timings - 9.15 AM - 6:45 PM

Location – Rajkot

Experience: - 4-5 years

Qualification - Any Graduate

Salary: ₹40,000 to 60,000/Month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with 4–5 years of experience in handling GeM, E-Procurement, and government tender portals. The candidate should have hands-on experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, and online submission processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tendering processes on GeM, E-Procurement, and other government procurement portals.
- Regularly monitor and identify relevant tenders from various procurement websites.
- Prepare, verify, and submit tender documents within specified timelines.
- Manage online bid participation, bid submission, and post-submission activities.
- Review tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents, pricing, technical details, and approvals.
- Maintain and update tender-related records, documentation, and reports.
- Prepare EMD, PBG, authorization letters, declarations, and supporting documents.
- Track tender status, corrigendum updates, clarifications, and communication with departments.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
- Handle documentation and administrative work related to government tenders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5 years of experience in Tender Management / GeM / E-Procurement handling.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, E-Procurement websites, and government tender processes.
- Good understanding of tender documentation and government procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in government tendering and bid management.
- Knowledge of startup, MSE, and procurement policies will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Should be proficient in English & Gujarati
- Can be from any manufacturing set up (1st preference would be plastic industry)
