Job Summary:
The AVP – Events & Client Servicing will be responsible for leading key client accounts, driving business growth, managing large-scale events, and ensuring seamless end-to-end execution. The role requires strong leadership, strategic client management, commercial understanding, and extensive experience in the events and experiential marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage major corporate and premium event accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, senior stakeholders, and key clients.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative event strategies and experiences.
- Oversee events from conceptualisation and pitching through planning, production and execution.
- Lead client servicing, event operations, creative, production and vendor teams.
- Drive revenue growth through existing accounts and current business opportunities.
- Prepare and review proposals, presentations, budgets and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.




- Manage escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, production partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and mentor senior client servicing professionals.
- Track account profitability, project margins and overall business performance.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10–15+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, client servicing or related fields.
- Strong experience handling large corporate events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, launches or MICE projects.
- Proven experience managing high-value client accounts and large teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial and business development orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
