Accounts Executive – Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting, sales/commercial activities, and basic import-export processes.

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
- Handle bank reconciliation and payment processing.
- Work on GST, TDS and other accounting compliances.
- Prepare outstanding statements, MIS reports and other financial reports.
- Handle Tally and MS Excel.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, banks and internal teams.
- Support sales and commercial activities.
- Handle import-export documentation and related accounting transactions.




- Maintain proper records of invoices and other financial documents.

Requirements:

- Experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Positive knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Basic knowledge of import-export.
- Good understanding of sales and commercial processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in both of two or three years accounting and sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
