Digital Marketing Manager

Sharadha Skill Academy (KG Group) is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage SEO and SEM to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and targeted website visits.
- Lead Content Marketing initiatives, including content planning, creation, and distribution.
- Plan and execute Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage Email Marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize advertising spend.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Lead, train,



and guide the digital marketing team to improve productivity and creativity.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, and Digital Advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Marketing Automation Tools.
- Solid analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
