Job Summary

The Vendor QC Executive will be responsible for conducting quality inspections at the vendor’s manufacturing unit to ensure toys meet company standards, approved samples, safety norms, and compliance requirements before dispatch to warehouses. This role does not involve refurbishment activities.

Preferred Knowledge

Knowledge of toy safety standards (BIS compliance)
Understanding of plastic moulding / assembly processes
Experience in vendor audits
Exposure to pre-dispatch inspection (PDI)

Vendor QC Executive – Toys (Manufacturing Unit Based)

Conduct inline and final inspections at vendor manufacturing units.
Verify products against approved samples and quality specifications.
Check finishing, functionality, safety, accessories,



and packaging.
Ensure correct barcode, MRP, labelling, and branding compliance.
Approve or reject lots as per AQL standards.
Identify manufacturing defects and ensure corrective actions.
Share inspection reports with photos and explicit remarks.
Monitor vendor adherence to quality and safety norms (BIS standards).
Escalate major quality issues before dispatch approval.
Ensure only compliant stock is cleared for warehouse dispatch.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
