Role Overview:

The SEO Specialist/Analyst is responsible for driving organic search growth, increasing website traffic, and enhancing user engagement through effective search engine optimization strategies. This role focuses on maintaining technical website health while optimizing content to improve search visibility and rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant, high-potential keywords for target audiences.
- Perform on-page SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and image ALT tags.
- Manage and optimize website pages and blog content using WordPress CMS.
- Use Yoast SEO, Rank Math, and other SEO tools to optimize WordPress websites.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, sitemap, speed, mobile-friendliness, and broken links.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify keywords, content opportunities, and backlink strategies.
- Build quality backlinks through ethical off-page SEO and link-building activities.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, clicks, impressions, and conversions, and prepare SEO reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices and implement strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Required Qualification:





- Bachelor’s degree in B.tech , BCA, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on knowledge of WordPress CMS and basic website management.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics. . .
- Good keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new SEO techniques.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Yoast SEO/Rank Math, and website content management.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Good understanding of content optimization, link building, competitor analysis, and SEO reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
