Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure that construction and real estate development projects meet defined quality standards, specifications, codes, and project requirements. The role will be responsible for quality planning, inspections, testing, documentation, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
- Conduct inspections of civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Review material approvals, test certificates, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project management teams to resolve quality issues.




- Monitor site testing, including concrete, steel, waterproofing, soil, and other relevant construction tests.
- Conduct regular site quality audits and inspections.
- Verify workmanship and materials against approved samples and specifications.
- Maintain inspection checklists, quality records, snag lists, and project documentation.
- Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper closure of punch points, defects, and snags before project handover.
- Participate in project handover, testing & commissioning, and final quality inspections.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
