Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in placement, recruitment, corporate relations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in team handling and target management.
- Strong experience in company tie-ups and employer relationship management.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including reports, formulas, data analysis, and MIS.
- Strong understanding of placement and recruitment processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid negotiation, coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide the placement team to achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and hiring partners for placement opportunities.
- Identify new organizations and establish company tie-ups for student placements.




- Coordinate with employers regarding vacancies, interviews, recruitment drives, and candidate requirements.
- Track placement activities, employer interactions, interviews, selections, and joining status.
- Prepare and maintain placement reports, MIS, dashboards, and performance trackers using Advanced Excel.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support.
- Set daily, monthly, and quarterly activity plans to achieve placement goals.
- Coordinate with internal academic and management teams to ensure students are placement-ready.
- Review placement data and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain professional communication with employers and internal stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
