We are looking for an experienced Yard Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our scrap dismantling and metal recycling yard. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows automotive and industrial dismantling inside out and can run a busy yard floor while managing a large team, inventory, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily yard operations, including intake, dismantling, sorting, and processing of scrap and salvaged automotive components
- Supervise and manage a workforce of 30+ employees, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance oversight
- Ensure secure, efficient dismantling of vehicles and industrial equipment, including alternators, starters, car AC compressors, radiators, engines, transmissions, and electric motors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and ERP systems
- Monitor stock levels, material flow, and yard organization to maximize efficiency and minimize loss




- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company and industry standards
- Coordinate with management on production targets, staffing needs, and process improvements
- Train and mentor team leads and yard staff

Requirements

- Age: 35–50 years
- Experience: 10+ years in industrial or automotive operations, including auto parts dismantling, scrap processing, or metal recycling
- Hands-on experience with automotive components (alternators, starters, car AC compressors, radiators, engines, transmissions) and electric motors
- Proven experience managing teams of 30+ employees
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for inventory and reporting
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
