We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services. This role involves a blend of client acquisition, portfolio management, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and fostering long-term partnerships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including various banking products, investment options, and insurance services.
- Proactively acquire recent clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for various financial products and services, contributing to the overall profitability of the branch/department.




- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk appetite, suggesting adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and present financial proposals and product information to clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to client interactions and transactions.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, credit, and operations, to deliver seamless service and comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position our services and advise clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and relationship management skills.
