- Handle end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) cases as per client requirements and company SOPs.

- Review candidate documents and identify discrepancies, gaps, inconsistencies or potential red flags.
- Coordinate with candidates, previous employers, educational institutions and other verification sources to obtain required information.
- Perform database and online checks as permitted under applicable processes.
- Follow up on pending verifications and ensure cases are closed within defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate case records, supporting documents and verification reports.
- Prepare clear and factual verification reports based on findings.




- Escalate adverse findings, discrepancies and suspected fraudulent documents to the appropriate team.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements, SOPs and data confidentiality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all completed cases.
- Meet defined productivity, quality and turnaround-time targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for clarification or additional information wherever required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
