We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in handling financial transactions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Monitor cash flow and expense control activities
- Support management with MIS reports and financial insights
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or Zoho Books
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
