Position: Academy Trainer

Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Academy Trainer who can effectively train students at our academy and also handle training programs conducted at colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct technical training sessions for academy students.
- Handle college training programs, workshops, seminars, and value-added courses.
- Prepare and deliver practical, industry-oriented training sessions.
- Develop course materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students through projects and provide technical support.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with the academic/operations team for smooth execution of training programs.
- Take complete responsibility for the technical delivery of assigned college programs.
- Stay updated with current technologies and industry trends.

Eligibility:

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
- Willingness to travel to colleges for training programs when required.
- Ability to handle both academy-based and college-based training programs.
