Department: Central Reservations
Reports To: Reservations Manager
Job Purpose:
To supervise the Central Reservations team, ensure smooth reservation operations, provide excellent guest service, and support the hotel in achieving room revenue and occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the Reservations team on daily operations.
- Handle room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests.
- Ensure all reservations are entered accurately in the system.
- Monitor room availability and rates.
- Support upselling and revenue generation.
- Handle guest queries and resolve reservation-related issues.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other departments.
- Check reservation reports and follow up on discrepancies.
- Train and guide team members on procedures and service standards.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure timely response to calls and emails.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of hotel reservations experience.
- Previous supervisory/team-lead experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of PMS/CRS and MS Office.
- Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
