Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr HR Executive to manage US IT Recruitment initiatives, and handle core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in hiring IT professionals across multiple technology stacks for India operations, exposure to US staffing processes, and expertise in employee lifecycle management and HR administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements through sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Proven experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting W-2 candidates across US IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, define candidate profiles, establish hiring priorities, and drive recruitment timelines.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, ATS platforms, referrals, and other talent acquisition channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future technology hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure timely feedback and efficient candidate movement through the recruitment process.
- Manage offer release, pre-employment documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, HR documentation, and recruitment reports.
- Support employee onboarding and ensure new hires complete required documentation, processes, and compliance formalities.
- Maintain employee records and support HR operations including attendance, leave, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.
- Respond to employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of HR-related matters.
- Ensure recruitment and HR processes are aligned with company policies, procedures, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including open positions, sourcing effectiveness, interview progress, offer acceptance, joining ratios, and time-to-fill.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate handling of candidate and employee information.
- Support HR reporting, audits, process documentation, and other HR initiatives as required.
- Stay current with recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, HR technology, ATS/HRMS platforms, and US IT talent market trends.
- Work in the US shift to support hiring managers, candidates,
and business stakeholders across the US.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience across HR Operations, US IT Recruitment, Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles.
- Robust understanding of IT recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Experience working with job portals, ATS platforms, HRMS systems, recruitment trackers, and HR reporting tools.
- Strong communication, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and HR priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives and general HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, employees, and leadership.
- Willingness to work in the US shift
