iPhone & Laptop Technician cum Sales Executive

Responsible for handling iPhone and laptop repairs, technical troubleshooting, customer service, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair iPhones and laptops.

- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.

- Handle servicing, maintenance, upgrades, and installations.

- Identify technical issues and provide suitable solutions.

- Assist customers in selecting iPhones, laptops, and accessories.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and services.

- Handle showroom sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Manage customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.

- Maintain proper records of repairs, services, and sales.





- Ensure proper handling and protected custody of customer devices.

- Provide after-sales support and coordinate service updates.

Requirements

- Experience in iPhone and laptop repair is preferred.

- Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.

- Sales experience in iPhones, laptops, or electronics is an advantage.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to handle both technical and sales responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
