Job Title: Operations Executive
Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager / Operations Head
Experience: 0–3 years, depending on the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor orders, deliveries, inventory, or service processes as applicable.
- Track tasks and ensure deadlines and operational targets are met.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/operations reports.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and SOPs are followed.
- Support process improvement and help reduce operational delays or errors.
- Handle emails, calls, follow-ups, and routine administrative coordination.
- Maintain accurate data in Excel, ERP, CRM, or other company systems.




- Escalate important issues to the Operations Manager when required.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust organisational and time-management abilities.
- Basic to advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Good attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MIS/reporting and operational processes.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Operations, or a related field is generally preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
