We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, and maintaining Excel and Google Sheets. The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update data accurately in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create and manage Excel reports, trackers, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and analyze data from different sources.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.
- Support management with data analysis and reports for decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, sorting, and data formatting.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
