We are seeking a curious and knowledgeable rubber technologist to join our dynamic R&D; team. You will assist in the development, testing, and improvement of rubber compounds and processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background in polymer/rubber technology who is eager to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world industrial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating and compounding rubber mixes for specific product requirements.
- Support the R&D; team in conducting physical, chemical, and mechanical tests on rubber materials (e.g., tensile strength, elongation, hardness, and ageing).
- Help in analysing test data and preparing detailed reports on findings.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving product quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate lab records and ensure compliance with safety protocols in the laboratory and pilot plant.
Qualifications:
- Completed a bachelor’s/master’s degree in rubber technology, polymer science, chemical engineering, or a closely related field.
- Core academic knowledge of rubber ingredients, compounding, vulcanisation, and processing techniques (mixing, extrusion, calendering, and moulding).
- Familiarity with standard testing equipment (rheometer, Mooney viscometer, and universal testing machine) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
