Role Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the development and execution of operational work

plans and will support the strategy and execution of key modules for new business initiatives. The

role requires complete ownership of allocated projects and modules and effective coordination and

collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of business milestones.

planning.

- Manage and maintain effective communication and coordination between teams and

functional leads.

- Work effectively in a dynamic, startup-like environment and manage multiple priorities to

drive results.

- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Translate business requirements into actionable execution plans.

- Take complete ownership of allocated business modules and drive them from planning

through execution.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills – Must Have

- Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis,



automation, and problem-solving.

- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, KPI tracking,

and business reporting.

- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook for data analysis, exploratory analysis, and

working with Python-based datasets.

- Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights for business decision-

making.

- Positive understanding of databases, data structures, reporting, and business analytics

concepts.

Education & Qualifications

- MBA from a reputed institution is mandatory, preferably with a specialization in Strategy,

Operations, Business Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science,

Information Systems, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Strong academic background will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, Business

Consulting, Strategy, Operations, or similar roles.

- Experience in Big 4 or similar management consulting organisations will be preferred.

- Relevant experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Consultant, Associate Consultant,

Associate, or Junior Program Manager.

- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
