Graphic Designer — Echo Communication (REMOTE)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who gets social media, has a good eye, and knows how to make things actually look GOOD

Fyi not looking for someone who just follows a brief. We want someone who can bring ideas to the table

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Creating social media graphics, carousels, stories, campaigns & all things visual
- Editing and retouching images for chef’s kiss look
- Building Instagram grids that feel cohesive, intentional and very on-brand
- Playing around with typography, layouts, textures, colours and visual direction
- Turning raw photos and random references into actually good content
- Creating moodboards and visual concepts for different brands
- Working across fashion, hospitality, beauty, wellness & lifestyle brands
- Working with Dubai-based brands and clients and getting exposure to different industries
- Working closely with our social media + content team to bring ideas to life
- Keeping an eye on trends, references, Pinterest finds and what’s actually working on social
- Taking feedback well, but also being confident enough to say “wait, I have a better idea”

- You naturally notice good design everywhere
- You have the eye — you know when something feels off
- You understand that positive design doesn’t always mean adding more
- You’re obsessed with fonts, layouts,



imagery and tiny details
- You know how to make a feed look like a brand, not just a bunch of posts
- You’re comfortable with Canva + Adobe Creative Suite
- You know your way around image editing, retouching and composition
- You can take a vague idea and turn it into something way better than what was originally imagined
- You’re fast, curious, open to feedback and constantly looking for new references
- You have a portfolio that makes us want to scroll through the whole thing

BONUS POINTS

- You can do basic motion graphics / animation
- You know your way around video editing
- You have a thing for photography
- You understand Instagram culture and current trends
- You have experience working with agencies or multiple brands

THE FUN PART

You’ll get to work on real brands in Dubai, across fashion, hospitality, beauty, wellness and lifestyle, while building a portfolio that actually shows range.

IMPORTANT: A portfolio is a must for this role. Please include a link to your portfolio (Behance, website, Google Drive, etc.) when applying. Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
