Soulive Enterprises is looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer to join our team on a full time, remote basis. You'll be responsible for turning architectural and interior design concepts into photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs that help our clients visualize their spaces before construction begins.

Responsibilities

- Create photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visualizations from architectural drawings, floor plans, and design briefs
- Model interior and exterior spaces accurately in SketchUp
- Light, texture, and render scenes in Lumion to produce high-quality still images and animations
- Collaborate with architects/designers to understand design intent and revise renders based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within agreed timelines
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard across all deliverables

Mandatory Skills

- SketchUp (strong modeling proficiency)
- Lumion (rendering and lighting)
- AutoCAD for reading/converting 2D plans

Good to Have (any additional tools count as a plus)

- 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer,



Enscape, Twinmotion, D5 Render
- Photoshop for post-production/render touch-ups

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer
- A strong portfolio of previous render work (interior and/or exterior)
- Good understanding of lighting, materials, and composition
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio strength)
