Job Title: Branch Manager (Broking & Distribution)

Location Anderi East

Department: Sales

Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Retail broking, wealth management or Sales of Financial products.

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in related field (MBA preferred)

Job Summary:

To lead and manage the overall operations, sales, and business growth of the branch by driving client acquisition, revenue generation, and service excellence in the broking and distribution segment. The role is responsible for building a high-performing sales team, ensuring compliance, and achieving branch profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive branch profitability by achieving revenue targets across equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products

· Lead, motivate, and manage 8 to 10 team members of Relationship Managers and Dealer’s to achieve business objectives.

· Monitor team performance through regular reviews, training, and performance appraisals.

· Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet revenue, client acquisition, and profitability targets.





· Build and maintain relationships with HNI, retail, and corporate clients

· Promote and achieve cross-selling targets for non-deposit products

· Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines

· Oversee the branch profitability, compliance, and customer engagement, while also promoting cross-selling of financial products Drive enhancement of the deposit pool from existing and new customers

· Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to compliance and audit standards.

· Ensure compliance with all SEBI, NSE/BSE, AMFI, IRDAI, and internal policies.

· Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
