Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and responsible Student Counsellor cum System Operator to join our consultancy team in Guntur. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their educational and career requirements, coordinating with parents and students, and efficiently handling day-to-day system and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling

- Counsel students regarding career options, admissions, and available opportunities.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, and requirements.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Handle student and parent queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into Leads.
- Maintain regular communication with students through phone, email, and messaging platforms.

System & Administrative Operations





- Handle day-to-day computer and system-related activities.
- Enter and maintain student/enquiry data accurately in Excel, CRM, or internal systems.
- Maintain student records, applications, documents, and follow-up details.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and daily/weekly activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation.
- Ensure timely updating of databases and records.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in student counselling, education consultancy, admissions, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email, Internet, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle multiple students/enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional attitude with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
