Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through Email and Chat, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Manage customer interactions through Email and Chat.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Maintain a qualified and positive approach while communicating with customers.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.




Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Meet defined quality and productivity targets.
Handle multiple customer queries efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Identify recurring issues and provide appropriate feedback to the concerned team.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
Previous experience in an International Customer Support / Non-Voice Process will be an added advantage.
