Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and own a top-of-the-line sales funnel growth strategy that generates high-quality sales leads through outbound and inbound channels.

- To work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
- To set metrics and ensure that the team achieves targets.
- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for recent business
- Manage a database of leads in CRM, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking,



reporting, and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline.

Required Skills:

- Ability to cold-call (not just send emails)
- Identify relevant prospect, introduce company, and set up a call or a meeting
- Feed the leads to the sales teams
- Good English and communication skills
- Handling CRM systems, filing daily work reports, and documenting
