Job Descriptions :

- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:Performing scheduled maintenance on injection molding machines, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Addressing breakdowns and malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting:Diagnosing and resolving issues with injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment such as chillers, dryers, grinders, and robotic arms.
- Auxiliary Equipment Maintenance:Maintaining and repairing equipment like hot runner systems, mold temperature controllers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, and more.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts usage.
- Collaboration: Working with production, design,



and quality teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to the development and implementation of measures to improve machine performance, production methods, and product quality.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards.
- Inventory Management: Managing spare parts inventory for critical equipment.
- Training and Development: Potentially training other technicians on specific maintenance procedures and new systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
