Role: Business Operations Manager
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift timings: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (5 days-Onsite)

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in US Staffing & Recruitment
- Good understanding of US Healthcare (HC), IT & Non-IT recruitment processes
- Experience in SOP creation and process documentation
- Ability to identify process gaps, bottlenecks & operational inefficiencies
- Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards & performance reporting
- Robust process improvement and analytical skills
- Good documentation, coordination & stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:




- Standardize and document business processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs and operating manuals
- Implement and monitor KPI dashboards
- Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives
- Ensure documentation accuracy and process governance
- Improve operational efficiency across recruitment processes
