Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, advertisements (FB/Instagram, YouTube), presentations, and marketing materials.
Assist in branding initiatives, including logo design, brochures, posters, and infographics.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment. Prior Real Estate experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
A strong creative portfolio showcasing previous work.
Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
