About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced

Hospitalist Physicians

with expertise in

inpatient medicine, clinical documentation, medical record review, hospital workflows, and quality assurance

to contribute to advanced

AI training and evaluation projects .
You'll apply your clinical expertise to review

FHIR data, clinical notes, inpatient documentation, and medical records , assess whether clinical information is accurately supported by documentation, and provide structured feedback to help improve the accuracy and quality of next-generation AI systems.
No prior

AI experience

is required. Your

clinical expertise, inpatient experience, documentation knowledge, and attention to detail

are the primary qualifications for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Review

medical records, FHIR data, and clinical documentation

for AI training and evaluation.
Assess whether

clinical information, claims, and statements

are accurately supported by the medical record.
Review inpatient documentation, including

History of Present Illness (HPI), Past Medical History (PMH), assessments, and treatment plans .
Identify

missing, inaccurate, contradictory, or inconsistent clinical information .
Apply established

evaluation guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards

consistently.
Evaluate the quality and completeness of

AI-generated clinical documentation and outputs .
Provide transparent and structured feedback to improve

AI model performance and healthcare data quality .
Communicate findings and relevant clinical insights clearly with





project teams and reviewers .
Required Qualifications
MD or DO

with board certification in

Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine .
Current or recent

inpatient/hospitalist clinical experience , preferably within the last 2 years.
Strong understanding of

inpatient documentation, clinical workflows, and hospital-based care .
Comfortable reviewing

clinical notes, medical records, and structured healthcare data such as FHIR records .
Strong

clinical reasoning, analytical skills, and attention to detail .
Ability to consistently apply

clinical guidelines, evaluation criteria, and quality standards .
Excellent

written and verbal communication skills .
Ability to work independently in a

fully remote environment .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with

chart review, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), utilization review, medical coding, or clinical quality assurance .
Experience reviewing

AI-generated clinical content or healthcare data .
Familiarity with

FHIR, electronic health records (EHRs), and structured clinical data .
Experience working across multiple

inpatient services or medical specialties .
Previous experience with

AI evaluation, medical data annotation, or healthcare AI projects .
Strong background in

clinical documentation standards and medical record quality assessment .
Compensation
Competitive compensation of $70–$100/hour.
