Job description:
We are looking for someone who is strong in sales follow-up and closing.
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1.Actively call and follow up with assigned leads through phone and WhatsApp until conversion or closure.
2.Qualify leads and identify reliable/prospective customers.
3.Follow up consistently through phone calls, WhatsApp.
4.Negotiate professionally and handle customer objections.
5.Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
6.Provide regular updates on lead status, follow-ups, quotations and closures.
The ideal candidate should:
1. Have Minimum 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2B Sales or Lead Conversion.
2. Demonstrated experience in following up with leads and converting them into actual sales/orders.
3.



Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
4. Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills.
5.The ability to follow up with the same customer multiple times without losing patience or interest.
6. A target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
7.Strong discipline in maintaining follow-up schedules.
8.Confidence in asking for the order and closing the sale.
9.Ability to work independently from home .
10. Fluency in Telugu and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
