House Construct is looking for enthusiastic and driven Civil Engineering graduates to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on site experience, work directly under experienced engineers, and learn how a real construction project runs from foundation to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in site execution and day to day project coordination.
* Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
* Support quantity estimation, billing, and material management.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
* Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.

Requirements:
* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Basic understanding of working on Excel and Google Sheets.
* Strong communication skills and high confidence.
* Good English is a basic necessity.
