Job Title: Customer Service

Shift: Day Shift for girls and rotational for boys

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Only Graduates can apply.
- Experience:
- 1 year of BPO Experience of Customer Service is Mandatory (It should be on-papers)
- Good communication skills
- Versant 4/5 Skills

- Location: Must be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
- Shift: Day shift for girls and rotational for boys

Salary Details:

- 26K CTC and 22200 In-hand after completing 6 months some PKTs and Mock test will be held. After successful completion the salary will revise to 28k CTC

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and convincing abilities.
- Valuable negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data handling).
- Ability to work under targets and handle pressure professionally.
