- Identifying the manpower requirement as per the budget.
- Strategically use various channels of recruitment such as social media, employee referrals, campus drives for closures.
- Pre-recruitment visits to Colleges /Govt. Employment Office Visits/Govt. Skill Development centers.
- Stakeholder management both internal & external.
Preferred candidate profile
- We are looking for Graduate candidates with 1-2 years of recruitment experience for this role.
- Good Communication.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment.
- Good at Planning & Execution.
- Excellent at stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of MS office.
- Should be adaptable to travel extensively in rural areas.
